Quick answers
- A pH reading failed. Record what you did in the corrective-action box (re-acidified and re-tested, re-heated, held, discarded). A failed batch can be released only with that note; your process authority's guidance comes first.
- I need to fix a completed batch. Open the batch and choose “Make a logged correction”. Corrections are kept with your reason in the history.
- Labels print out of line. Print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page”.
- I want my data. Settings → Export data downloads everything as CSV.
- Billing and cancelling. Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. See the refund policy.
Sauce Ledger is a record-keeping tool. It does not replace your process authority, and it does not guarantee regulatory compliance. You remain responsible for following your scheduled process and the laws that apply to you.
