This policy explains what Onyx One LLC collects when you use Sauce Ledger, why, and what you can do about it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your business records for advertising.

What we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored by our authentication provider as a one-way hash).
  • Business records you enter: products, recipes, process specs and letters you upload, ingredient lots, batches, checks, customers and shipments. Customer contact details you enter (for example a store's phone number) are processed on your behalf.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and the last digits and expiry of your card; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: error reports (configured to exclude request bodies, cookies and IP addresses) and standard server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember which organization you are working in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who processes data for us

  • Supabase (database, authentication and file storage)
  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Sentry (error monitoring)
  • Our email provider, for account and billing emails

Data is stored in the United States. Each provider is bound by its own terms and data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. After you close it, we delete your data within 90 days, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can export all of your business records at any time from Settings → Export data, correct your information in the app, and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@onyxoneapps.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using them. We honor these requests for all users.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers. Every table in our database enforces row-level security so that one organization cannot read another's records, and changes to records are logged.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
