Refund Policy

Free plan and trials

The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you will not be charged. You can cancel from Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. We do not give partial refunds for unused days in a monthly period.

Annual plans

If you ask within 14 days of an annual charge (including the first charge after a trial), we will refund it in full. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid year.

Mistakes and outages

If you were charged in error, or a significant outage on our side kept you from using the Service, write to us and we will make it right — usually with a refund or credit.

How to ask

Email support@onyxoneapps.com from the address on your account with your organization name. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Your records are never deleted because of a refund or cancellation; you can always export them.
